House is nice and a good size for 2-4 people. Nice and cold AC and a window unit in one bedroom allows you to keep one room cooler if you want.Owner was super responsive and proactive (there was a lot of utility work being done, so she forwarded messages about when the internet would be down - seems like they finished it all now).Easy parking in driveway and street. The street has lots of street lights and a big construction going on next door for some nice condos and we felt safe here, but certainly lock your cars! This part of Charlotte is still rough especially on the main streets. Would highly recommend the food truck at the gas station on the main street (Tyrol) near the house. Good food at good prices!
