We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping only cleaned room once after we were told they clean rooms every other day. We asked them to clean the room twice and they never came. Rooms have old fashion coffee makers no microwaves and they charge you money per day for the bistro in the hotel. After complaining they informed that it will be reimbursed if not used. Staff not the friendliest. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

The staff are absolutely wonderful!! The beds are comfortable and it’s an ok place to stay for a few days. There is a distinct smell though of past cigarette smokers which lingers. And the cafe was only open for a few hours in the morning.

Website says restaurant and bar onsite, limited breakfast items from 6-10 Limited dinner menu from 5-10. Bar menu states cocktails but only beer and wine weee available. The indoor pool was closed. There is a channel selection card but no guide on the TV so you have to scroll through the channels to find anything you want to watch. We stayed 5 days, got coffee at the hotel and they were out of half and half creamer every day. This was our first time staying at a Marriott and we based our decision on it having the restaurant and bar so were somewhat disappointed.

Good place to stay in Huntersville.
Location was great for our visiting friends. Hotel was beautiful. The bistro was closed most of the time so not able to enjoy its benefits and food. Had to eat at near by restaurants of which are many good ones. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. To have fresh bottled water in our room each day would have been nice. Recommend this place for your stay in Huntersville.

Website claims to have a Bistro with breakfast, but many of the items on the print menu and menu in Bistro are no longer offered. On site bistro was the main reason I chose this hotel over others and it was not as advertised. Bathroom was oddly small, with low ceiling and no fan in the bathroom. Minimalist room and not very large for a 2 queen bedroom. A/c was ineffective; did not cool room. Outdoor seating area was unlit and not kept tidy. Not inviting to sit outside. Fire pit not lit. Overall not worth the price.

Hello Kimberly,We appreciate you coming to stay with us. Our Bistro does offer breakfast every morning. Our menu has changed due to the season which is a Marriott change. We apologize about the size of the bathroom and not having an exhausted fan in the bathroom as well. Now, as far as the firepit, it does work. There is a button that you have to turn to get the firepit for it to come on.We are due to have some renovations done soon and your issues will be accounted for in those changes. We hope that after the renovations that you will give us another chance to come see us again.

Staff were very nice and facility was pretty clean. But, even though we were there two nights, when we came home last the second night pretty late, no one had cleaned our room at all. We had no dry towels and were out of toilet paper and tissues almost gone so my husband had to go find someone to get those items at midnight when we were very tired. The room was also very damp feeling which made it slightly uncomfortable even though AC was on. Pool was out of service and so was the ice machine on our floor. Wasn't a horrible stay by any means but I've stayed at other Marriott properties that were a little nicer.

Our room was lovely although we did initially have a hiccup when we checked in as our shower door would not slide open. They promptly moved us to another room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The best part of our stay was the food we ordered from the Bistro. It was amazing (and I’m super picky with food). So my compliments to the chef!

Lots of things were broken
Hotel had a few issues which made things less than ideal. First the overhang at the entrance was damaged so you couldn't enter the hotel easily. The Pool was closed for repairs. My bathroom shower had 2 issues there were several tile in shower that were broken. The other one that was the shower head was spraying all over the ceiling.

This hotel has charged my bank account 3 times since I left there last week! I have been trying to reach a manager but apparently he doesn’t work normal business hours! He was supposed to credit me and charged me instead! Called corporate and they have a case out but can’t do anything right away! I need my money now not 3-5 business days from now !!! Very unprofessional!!

Pool was closed for maintenance- not noted anywhere on website. Ice machine broke. When booking said breakfast included. It was not. They have one guy working the breakfast cafe- therefore took a long time just to order. Didn’t wait around to eat. Not many options for kids. When on a vacation, need quick and easy options to eat. Ice for coolers. Pool to entertain kids. Staff very friendly when checked in at 1130pm. Room was clean. Parking easy and safe area.

The property was what I expected. The room was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. But, the pool was down, which my kids were bummed about. This was just a pit stop on our way through. I’d probably try a different hotel in the area next time (if we stop there).

The overhang had a yellow caution tape around it due to a truck hitting the top ... no contractor arrived to fix or secure while we were there. The swimming pool was closed, waiting for inspection. The windows in our room overlooked dead bushes, weeds, garbage on the ground. This couldn't be a Marriott Courtyard.

Only the lobby was updated. Personnel was nice. No cleaning service during my 2 day stay. Made my own bed and emptied my own trash. No free breakfast. Bed was so so. Disappointed at this Marriott.
