The check-in process, proximity to the city, wifi and communication with mgmt were good. However, I believe in honesty when listing properties. This listing is NOT brand new-Primary bedroom needs a new mattress has a huge dip, shower has slow drain so you'll be in standing water as you shower. Peeling fixtures, chairs in living room are not adult friendly, bugs/dust, thankfully we bought our own pillows. There was also a fishy smell upon arrival and the lawn was not cut. The home is off a narrow, dark road & the driveway is steep so be careful. There is also construction directly across the street, and you can hear trains at night. It was not a comfortable stay, but since it was a last minute booking we dealt with it the best we could.
