Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Unser Zimmer roch streng, es gab keine Möglichkeiten zu lüften. Und die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut.

Ordentliches und zweckmäßig gelegenes Hotel
Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Betten sind breite Queensize-Betten, das Frühstück ist mit warmen Speisen sehr ordentlich. Der Außenpool ist nicht groß, aber ebenfalls sauber und von den Kindern gern in Anspruch genommen worden. Die Lage des Hotels ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht wirklich schön, da an einer größeren Ausfallstraße, allerdings ohne Lärmbelästigung.

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming especially Lisa. The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator closest to our rooms was out of order.

We were not aware/told about letting the hotel know we were bringing dogs when booking room. Front office seemed agitated about the situation when we were completely unaware/assumed since the hotel was pet friendly, there wouldnt be any issues. Regardless, we are very happy the hotel provides a place for our fur babies!

Breakfast was great. What I did not like was the room smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the floor. I am slightly allergic to dogs. (Eyes irritation). I requested that they have the room vacuumed and use their air sanitizer. But there was still dog smell and hair on the flood the next day. When I booked the room I did not notice a "pet friendly" statement. If I had I may have booked a room at another hotel. I did not change rooms because I figured any other room would smell also. There was also strong cannabis smoke smell in the hall ways.

Stayed here many times, this one was a bit differe
The first room they assigned to me, the key did not work. Went back to lobby with luggage in hand and they gave me another room/new keys. At 1245am, the SMOKE ALARM went off and the HVAC unit was giving off a terrible burning/smoke smell. I immediately called front desk and they came up with new room keys and was very helpful in helping me pack/move to a 3rd new room! Needless to say, I didn't sleep well due to the circumstances even though the hotel is/was wonderful. Just unfortunate it happened...I'll get a full night's sleep when I get home. This hotel is ALWAYS wonderful, just wasn't my best stay.....

Good Hotel
This is a great place to stay! My family and I really enjoyed it and even though there were some negatives we didn't let that spoil our trip. The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel was clean and inviting. Only negatives were that the pool was not cleaned/very dirty, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to that amenity. Ice Machine on our floor was broken and the elevator closest to our room was broken, good thing we were only on the 2nd floor or having to drag our suitcases down would not have been fun from a higher floor. All in all, not bad, would stay again.

We attended a wedding nearby. The hotel was absolutely the best. Friendly staff, very large rooms, great breakfast, 24 hr access to fresh coffee and the cleanliness of our room was superb. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here again.
