The man who checked us in was so rude like we were an imposition to him They put me in a room that clearly smelled of cigarette smoke there was someone smoking outside ! When I specifically stated non smoking and my friend has asthma!!

In general it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room on the back and you could hear all the highway traffic. I would recommend asking for a room on the front. Maybe it would be quieter.

Easy check in, reasonably priced with a pet, highway noise, but no noise from other rooms. Room decor was modern and the refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. Only drawback was the met bed platform which made an alarming noise if you got too close. Breakfast was basic but as expected for the price. Very friendly service and adjacency to I-77 makes this a keeper for long trips.

Room issues, not quite breakfast.
First room stunk of cigarette smoke, went back to front desk and got a room change. Second room was clean and didn't smell. The phone didn't work. Phone jack pulled out of wall. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. No tissues. Metal bed frame and skirt around the base of the bed was very loud. Made noise every time you moved. Front desk was notified. The breakfast was disappointing. Bread, bagel, english muffin, instant oatmeal, butter, cream cheese, coffee, milk, cheerios. Not even juice.

Sorry for the experience you had our property though its smoke free hotel but smell gets in the room when guest are smoking outside of the rm sorry to hear phone did not work and no juice we going to put everything in place by discussing with management.We appreciate your comment and looking forward to serve you better next visit

Room was infested with roaches. Tried to get a refund but couldn’t. Best they could do was move me to a different floor/room. Wasn’t comfortable due to the fear of bugs in the new room. New room was remodeled and clean, but won’t book here again.

Sheets and towels were stained. Tub was FILTHY. Bathroom had water leak problem that had to pit down towels to keep from flooding the floor. Mildew between door frame and wall showed that water leak had been there for a long time. One of the beds had black stains on the fitted sheet that no way the maid did not see but put on anyway. The other fitted sheet was stained and washed poorly. Had to take the cleaner flat sheet from the other bed to cover up the stains in order to sleep on it. Pathetic that had to be done. Hairs in the tub had to be washed out before use. Refrigerator was long past due to be replaced. The gasket seal around the door ws almost completely off in the lower corner and had to push the door hard to close it to keep things in fridge cold. The only positives were that the staff was very nice and friendly, and the floors in main room and counter tops appeared to be the only real cleaned surfaces. Bathroom floor gross and of course had to out towels down to mop up the leaking water.

By far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirt, stains, scratches and dents all over the doors, walls, bed, and dead bugs and spiderwebs all over the room, including a pile of ashes swept under the air conditioner. The room stunk so bad of cigarette smoke as if it’s embedded into the walls from 40 years of smoking inside. I barely slept. Ironically they charge a $100 incase of damage, but the room was already so damaged it honestly couldn’t be any worse. I called the front desk to report how gross it was and she told me the hotel is full or they’d switch me. Was surprising since there were only a few cars in the parking lot…. Never again.
