Important Notes for Your Stay:
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway & the back yard of the home.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Boat Dock Info - This property features a fixed dock. During periods of low Lake Norman water levels, docking and securing boats may be more challenging.
Additionally, the home is located on an open channel where wind and boat traffic can create more difficult docking conditions. We recommend that only experienced boat operators dock at this property and use extra caution when approaching and securing their boat. Guests are responsible for any damage to the dock or their boat that may occur while docking or using the property.
