Fairwood Cottage is one of several cottages on the ten acre property, including Clear Sky Cottage, which offers similar charm and privacy. The property is about 15 minutes from the University of Virginia, 10 minutes from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, and 30 minutes to Shenandoah National Park's southern entrance.
