    "Can you hear anything through the townhome walls?"

    No. Walls are extremely thick. They must be insulated with magic :)

    "What kind of grill do you have?"

    We have a charcoal grill that you're welcome to use, our guests bring their own charcoal, lighter, etc.

    “What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?”

    Our minimum age required to book is 18 :)

    “Do you offer payment plans?”

    By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the event that one is offered by Airbnb, you will see the option when booking.

    "How many TV's are in the house?"

    There are 2 high definition 4K smart TV's (75" inch in the living room + 55" inch in the master bedroom) along with lightning fast Wifi throughout the house for on demand entertainment.

    Kindly note, we do not allow pets at this time.

This was such a lovely place and so close to everything. The house was as described with all amenities needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions. I would stay again If I go back to Chattanooga.

Fantastic Property

The property was just as described, clean, easy to find. It's centrally located to every attraction in the area. It's a ten minute drive to everywhere. Super easy . Host was amazing with communication and easy to speak with . We had a great time!

Clean, comfortable and great location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable townhome. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. We felt safe and every time we ventured out, we didn’t need to go far to find what we were looking for. The property manager was prompt and thorough. No complaints!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The home was as pictured—overall it was clean, maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe, and the amenities were in good condition. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the games and mini golf, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Derek was highly responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall, a nice experience, and I would recommend this property to future guests.

Really good vrbo

It was really modern inside. Loved the kitchen. It came with bunk beds with full sized mattresses! That honestly was the best thing. Also it came with a lot of games (good for killing time). The neighborhood kinda scared us but the location was perfect. The host also gave us a bottle of grape juice (or apple juice can’t remember). We really enjoyed our stay there

The location was good. Having that incredible playground with in walking distance was an added bonus . We had 4&7 yr olds with us. I appreciated the attention to detail through out the condo.Having had young kids I just wish there had been smaller plastic glasses.Overall it was a great stay. .
