Familienhotels Cheltenham

„Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre.“

„Very beautiful, great location just infront the park. There were no opportunities to hang clothes. Also hardly no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Our both shower cabin and sink were clogged, so that the water could hardly drain. We complained about it at the reception, but it hasn't improved. The breakfast is lovely, served in a very beautiful space and the service is very attentive. We wish there were more options for vegetables at the buffet.“

„The house is a charming old building, but relatively far away from the city center and the nearest restaurants. You have to walk a good 15 to 20 minutes to the center. The first room we got was spacious and had a nice view, but the heavy old curtains and the old seating furniture were so full of dust that I had trouble breathing. The bed frame was full of stains. We were finally shown two alternatives - in the basement, even though the hotel was perhaps only ten percent full. The room was dark ...

Schade “

„Erstes Zimmer war sehr laut zur Straße. Nach sem Tausch ses z“

„Great location, good value for the money, clean and comfortable“

„Schöne Zimmer, nahe Busbahnhof.“

„Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated. Great location. Easy to access with codes provided. Water pressure quite low in the shower (on first floor).“

„I didn't mind the property was mid major regeneration. My issue with anything booked on line is that the price changes when you get there.“

„- in no way did our room resemble what you get to see when booking via web site - walls and ceiling were damp with paint peeling off - the room was not made up at all - used towels were removed but not replaced - the shared bathroom was used as a vomitorium by other “guests - all in all a terrible experience “
