« This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. « We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again. »

« The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. »
