I stayed at the condo with my Girl Scout troop that just graduated high school, 8 total people. The condo location felt very safe when we sat on the small patio, or ventured out to the local Dunkin' or Starbucks. The L station with about 1 block walk, so very convenient. Getting the location 1 hour before check in was a bit difficult as we were coming in from out of town with no way of knowing where exactly we were going. Once we got the location, communication with the owner/manager was very easy. Also, there were some things I expected to find in the kitchen that were missing, like a pitcher for making drinks or a baking dish. The place provides no cleaning supplies, this included no broom, so if a mess is made, it can be difficult to clean up since only paper towels and dish soap are provided. There is exactly 8 pillows and 8 towels. Overall, it was a positive experience, in a good location, but if you're coming with a group, I'd highly recommend bringing a hand broom, and considering if your group might need extra pillows or towels.
