Renters Beware! Originally I was going to leave a good review, but then a few days after getting home we received a message stating we violated the no smoking policy...which is impossible because neither of us have ever smoked a day in our lives. I responded letting them know that we most definitely did not violate any rules. The only thing we did in the house when we were there, was cook breakfast and dinner every morning and night. Because there were no baking pans, we had to fry the bacon on the stove where there was no exhaust fan next to a window that was painted shut. Thats the only thing that was done in the house. When everything was relayed to them they thanked me for letting them know and for being understanding and charged us a 500 fine due to evidence and inspection reports. We asked them to show us the evidence and received no response. Mind you I have photos and video of every room from the moment we got there as well as before we left. The house was exactly the same as when we got there. Also, in order for us to pay cheaper health insurance premiums we have to get tested yearly and you guessed it, shows we are non smokers EVERY year because we are NOT smokers. Maybe they confused us with the people upstairs, but they wouldn't listen to us, so thank you for ruining an otherwise great weekend. I've never been so offended in my life.
