It is a very accommodating home for a family of 6. We for appreciate the location since the wedding was in Kentucky and some family events were in Ohio. Two things to remember, parking can be difficult and like older hotels and homes the hot water fluctuates. Thanks again for the Vrbo home.

The host wasn't completely straightforward about the neighbor's strict rules—she's definitely not a fan of anyone parking on her lawn!I had no choice but to leave the house due to her hostile and intimidating demeanor.

The property is great. Don't expect perfection from an older home if you are used to it all being new, that is part of the charm. It's over 100 years old but has a number of updated elements. The kitchen is modern and the master bath is modern. For our purposes, family time, a place to stay and convenience, it was just right. The neighborhood has unique architecture.

My family and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a AAU basketball tournament. Will not stay here in the future. I chose this house thinking it would be nice since it was a Tudor style house with modern upgrades in it. This was half true. The pictures of the upgrades are only in certain areas of the home while in other parts, the home was badly in need of repair. When we arrived at the home(before check in time) we saw that there was a cleaner inside prepping the house for our arrival. When we got inside, there were quite a few places that you could tell had not been cleaned. Trash cans were not emptied and there were hair on bed sheets and in bathrooms. Also, there was a slight bug problem inside. I personally killed a few bugs and others in my family did also. The first night there, the keypad on the back door went out and we were not able to use that door for the remainder of the stay. Also, the hallway bathroom’s tub was severely clogged. I contacted the host about these concerns and as of the time I’m writing this review (1hr after leaving) I still have not heard from anyone. Overall, I think this property has the potential to be a nice place but the owner has a long way to go to get things up to standards.

Perfect Retreat for Our Cincinnati Visit

We stayed in this beautiful, 2-story home for 4 nights (July 22-25) and could not have been more pleased. Located in a lovely mature neighborhood on a large lot, the home is furnished very tastefully with great living spaces; 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen is fully modernized with high end appliances, including a large refrigerator with ice maker. Everything one could need for an extended stay; Wi-Fi, dishes, glassware, utensils, cleaning supplies, bed linens, plenty of fluffy towels, shampoo and body wash, even coffee, is provided. Each bedroom has its own smart television (there is also a large big screen smart TV in the living room) and the beds themselves were large and very comfortable. The house is fully air conditioned with two units to keep things cool. Security is assured by a fully installed Ring System, and the outside doors are secured with digital locks. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to freeways, allowing for a quick 20-minute drive to downtown and other areas of interest. We had several occasions to communicate with the owner, who was very gracious and took care of any questions we had immediately. Truly a bargain and a great place to stay.

Perfect for Families

Loved that each of our 3 kids could sleep in their own room. Perfect distance to all the places we wanted to visit including the zoo and museum center. We found helpful items like a baby gate for the steps and kids plastic dishes in the cabinets. Latoya reached out and was super helpful with food recommendations and clear communication.

Great host and a nice home for a family visit.

Latoya is an outstanding host and the house was great, especially for the cost. The photos are accurate for the home and there were only a few things we expected which weren't there. We like to cook and the kitchen is quite nice. We were a little surprised there were no hot pads for the oven and limited mixing bowls and the like. Bring your own shampoo etc, the bathrooms are not stocked beyond hand soap and body wash. We will definitely keep this house in mind as we visit family.

Church Leadership Retreat

The property was perfect for what we needed.3 separate bedrooms, reliable internet, huge kitchen w/ coffee maker and a huge table for conducting our meetings. Beds were comfortable. In close proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.Would definitely stay here again for work or personal travel.

Decent Value, but not Luxury and needs a bit more attention to detail

Attractive older home in established neighborhood. Convenient location. Renovations/modernization appear to be somewhat recent, but still has some old house charm. Large/modern kitchen & adjacent dining area w/nice decorative touches is a good group gathering place. Primary bathroom is well done - large & modern with dual sink vanity and multi-function shower. Mattresses in all bedrooms are relatively new/comfortable. Property contact, Latoya, communicated well & was very professional. For the price, this 3BR/3BA rental is a good value & generally pretty cozy, but it could be better. Our evaluation is more stringent than normal because this property is advertised as "luxury" in the "About this Property" writeup. We've stayed in many luxury properties, and this is definitely not luxury. We made a list of issues which we will provide to the host privately, but they fall into the following categories: * Cleanliness/Sanitary (6 issues, 4 of which indicate below standard cleaning - hairs in bathroom, dirt/grease in kitchen, stains on sheet/comfortor) * Amenities/Convenience (19 issues, including 2 that were falsely advertised - shampoo not provided, hairdryers not provided in 2 of 3 bathrooms) * Maintenance/Design (4 issues, including unreliable heating) * Safety Hazards (2 issues, both with legit guest injury potential) This host is a company with many rental properties (Mayreau Living), and should know better than to have issues like this in their properties.

Old Tudor Charm

This house is in a beautiful and quiet Tudor Style neighborhood. While the home has some old charm, it also has a lot of updates and looked just like the pictures. Latoya was a great host, super responsive and helpful.
