« This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel. »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay. »

« I've booked this hotel on a very short notice; 48 hours before my arrival. It was the only cheap-enough hotel that was available. After booking, and after boarding my flight and before I land, I took a look at existing reviews, many of which claimed that bedbugs infested this hotel, and others lamented the poor state of cleanliness. I was very scared, but I had to alternative. After I arrived, it took me a while to convince myself to get into the bed. I had to eventually, I was very tired....

« Gross. No coffee, everything was broken and there was dried up puke on the floor. Housekeeping was awful. She missed trash under the sink. Duct tape on the air conditioner. Trash in lobby was overflowing. Unfortunately we booked through expediea and by the time was discovered how bad it was we had already paid. Pretty sure there was a rat in the vent also. We were there for our kid’s navy graduation and it was just yukky all the way around. »

« We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife. »
