Our home is located within a Private Gated Community with Large heated pool, play grounds, sports courts & private lake access. You will want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor patio or balcony on beautiful days at the house.

Staying in Clermont gives you the easy access to the most popular tourist attractions while staying in a quiet & safe family friendly gated community. People often say this is " A hidden gem": get away from it all yet be in the center of everything!

Disney, Universal , Sea world, & Lego Land are all less than 30 mins from your door. The Showcase of Citrus, Lake Louisa State Park & the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards are all less than 10 mins away! There is also a Local Grocery, Starbucks and Fast food options within 5 mins away!

The Day before your trip we will be contacting you with the Gate code & door code for your stay. When you pull up to Vacation Village there is a gate code box simply enter your personal code and enter.

You will pass the amenities center and pool area on your way to our unit #176. once you arrive you will find numbered parking please use Unit 176 Parking. If you have more than one car there is extra parking in the lot as well just pick a spot without a # on it, please!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has a Cozy Southern Feel with a screened-in porch. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Prep meals in the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials. This home also has a free washer & dryer, available for your use. We have done our best to include small touches, like kids' books, games, and smart Tv's to make your stay great!

You will also want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor screened-in porch on beautiful days reading a book, watching a game, or enjoying a family meal. Free assigned parking space #176

POOL : The key to the pool is on a key hook located by the washer and dryer. Please put it back there when done with it There is a $75 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 176. If you or your guest park in another person's spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed. There are extra spaces available they are the spots with no # on them!

PETS: Pets (no Insurance relaited dangrous breeds) are welcome but there is a one-time $50 pet fee please let us know you have a pet directly after booking.

We are close to several parks and a man-made beach.
