The estate can accommodate up to 20 guests, depending on your preferred sleeping configuration. It includes six queen beds, one king bed, and additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups. For groups over 14 guests, please message us before booking so we can confirm the most comfortable arrangement for everyone.

THE SPACE

Clearview Estate balances shared space with the privacy a larger group needs. Begin the day with coffee and breakfast, enjoy poolside afternoons, and gather again for dinner, games, conversation, or a relaxed movie night.

The property features seven bedrooms, five bathroom spaces—including full bathrooms with showers and a convenient half bath—and air-conditioned bedrooms to help everyone rest comfortably in the Barbados warmth. Fresh linens, bath towels, bathing essentials, and hair dryers are provided for your stay.

With three kitchen spaces, the estate gives your group flexibility for preparing meals, stocking favorite snacks and drinks, or arranging a private chef experience. Comfortable living areas and outdoor spaces make it easy to spread out, dine together, or simply enjoy the island breeze. The private pool is reserved for registered estate guests.
