it was a terrible stay i booked for i believe for 10 days we checked in and with on 1 hour there were 2 different men who approached my children and talking to them which was very unsettling with me and my husband then 20 min later a truck parked in front of the property with a man just sitting in it for about 20 minutes my husband asked him if we can help him and we became scared especially after our sons have been approached. i was staying there due to dr appointments at cleveland clinic and felt very unsafe. as well as the neighbor hood is very sketchy! i immediately spoke with the host when this had happened and they we’re absolutely no help what so ever because of the horrible experience and fear we had we checked in at 5pm and we checked out at 10:46 am we no longer felt safe with our family and they did not even offer me 300 back for the inconvenience they did not offer anything or even an apology. they actually called me a liar when i told them to look at your RING DOOR CAMERA YOULL SEE THE TRUCK PARKED MY HUSBAND TALKING TO THEM AS WELL AS 2 DIFFERENT RANDOM MEM SPEAKING TO MY KIDS! BUT IM A LIAR! i even explained since i only stood in the house for exactly 11hours that they can refund me 500 for the unused days and nights but the said they can not do anything to help us! i left and moved to a different place! do not use this house it is sketchy in a scary shady neighborhood and men randomly come and talk to your children also a super micro tiny house! uncomfort
