"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "

"The staff was incredibly nice. Special mentions to Jameela (spelling might be off) for being incredible and arranging super smooth early check-in, and to Sodiq for all his help and kindness. Everyone here does their best to help you and arrange what you need. The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) "

"-Transports et proximité du centre : Cet hôtel est super, le seul problème notable c'est qu'il est situé en zone 4 - donc assez loin du centre, ce que je ne savais pas avant de réserver, ce qui rend le coût des transports assez cher sur une longue période. En revanche il est super bien desservi par les transports en commun. - Salle de sport : Si j'ai réservé cet hôtel c'est aussi pour la salle de sport. Puisque qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'infos, je vais vous en donnez. Il y a 3 "machines" qui ont plusieurs rôles (leg extension/curls), machine chest press, et machine pull down. Puis il y a du matériel cardio et des poids libres qui vont de 1kg à 14 kg. - Petit-déjeuner : très fourni et très bon, rien à redire - Propreté : rien à redire non plus - Personnel : très aimable Je vous conseille cet hôtel si la distance avec le centre ne vous dérange pas et que vous souhaitez une salle de sport + petit déjeuner à un prix raisonnable."

"FR: On a passé un super séjour en janvier 2026 dans l'appart 1007. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqué, c'est l'accueil, encore une fois parfait. Manisha et Vishal étaient super sympas et professionnels, et même si on ne se souvient plus du nom de la troisième personne, elle a été tout aussi géniale. C’est d’ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je suis revenu, après un premier séjour avec mon frère et ma belle-sœur. Cette fois-ci, j’étais avec un ami et mon meilleur ami d’enfance, que je considère vraiment comme mon frère. Le service est toujours au top, l’appartement nickel, bien équipé et confortable.
