« Hilton staff is the best! From the front desk greeting and check in to the cleaning crew everyone is friendly and helpful. We always stay at the Garden Hilton when we travel to Kansas City. »

« Overal was great. My only observation is regarding to people in front desk, sometimes they're not making you feel welcome or their personal presentation is not completely adequate. As a good hotel those things makes the perception of the stay better. »

« The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :( »
