Started out ok but got worse. Nice place but Zero communication after we left for the owner to make this right so unfortunately I had to get Vrbo involved which after a week and a half pictures and videos were sent in I was refunded. Thank you Vrbo!Got there and it was 80* inside and floors and counters were dirty, not a huge deal but notable. Dirty clothes and underwear on one of the beds, the other has the sheets and such in the washer NOT started yet. Dirty dishes not started in the dish washer. Water filter was maxed out at 99 days past due. Trash was full and stinking in the house. Window unit was showing clean filter and has black mold growing on the vents. Grass was about 12” tall to get back to the Hot Tub. Lights for the path and back of deck had 3 lights out of probably 25 working. The last straw was the water went out sometime during the day and we didn’t know until we came back in from the hot tub. Breaker was on but no water. Went to bed without food and showers. Messaged the cleaner like the Hosts automated message said to and she told us she didn’t have water to clean with and that’s why the house was dirty. So the Host knew they were having problems and never once told us or tried to reach out about this. Staying in a place where someone had just left and not cleaned is not good at all! Makes me wonder how nasty the hot tub was after all this. The road in wasn’t bad at all in my opinion so he did a good job at that. I’d avoid this place and Host!
