„Needed a one night stay after our day at Kennedy space Center and found this gem of a place. It’s obvious the owner takes great care and pride in maintaining his property. Communication was excellent. Welcome snacks provided. Helpful tips regarding restaurants and things to do are left on a note. Location was central with many places to eat within walking distance and the beach a quick stroll away. Be ready to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs, but that was no problem for me.  ...

„Beautiful bungalow. Very clean. Recently renovated. 5 min walk to beach. New beach chairs and umbrellas and wagons. We left 2 new boogie boards to add to the 2 that were there. 5min to beach. Part of walk is on shoulder of (sometime) busy road. No lifeguard. Air conditioning works great - if you leave the BR doors open. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looks well stocked. „This efficiency apt. Was just as advertised. Very close to the eog friendly beach and the unit was dog friendly as well. The only thing we did not love was the rock used as landscape as it was rough on our dogs feet. But that was really a non issue we just picked him up over them. We will rent from this place again. „We loved this place! What a gem! Quiet and peaceful! We were able to relax and refresh away from the hubbub of life! This is NOT a place to come if you are looking for wild parties! We loved the simple “down home” feel. It’s not the typical cookie cutter hotel! It gives you the feeling that you live there

„This is a small older property but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. We typically stay at a bigger condo/resort and certainly enjoyed this change of pace. Beach access was only a few steps away and not overcrowded at all. We were also upgraded to a 2 bedroom instead of 1 and appreciated that SO much! We would definitely stay here again!“
