Dishwasher, washer/dryer, full kitchen, toys and much more! Restaurants and unique shops are 1.6 miles away. Shop, eat, surf and then relax in our home! Did I mention the beach is across the street? When you arrive on the property, your house will be directly in front of where you park. The beach is across the street. You can take a short walk to the right and that beach access has public bathrooms and showers.

I will communicate immediately with guests through the app, by phone or text. Communication/assistance will be immediate from 8am-8pm. After hours are reserved for emergencies.

The area is amazing! Its minutes from lots of dining options and nightlife. Across the street is beautiful Cocoa Beach! Enjoy the laid back vibe of the area.

There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach! You can rent a bike, scooter, or surf your way around town! Enjoy the laid back beach vibe!

All of our guests are allowed one car. If you have two cars, you will have to park back to back as beach parking is limited. If you do not have a car, the Cocoa Beach trolley is super inexpensive and picks up across the street.
