The Space:

Salt air drifts through open sliders as the sound of breaking waves fills the room. Step onto your private patio and the sand is just steps away - this is coastal living at its most direct, where the beach becomes an extension of home.



Living space

The open living area is finished with coastal-inspired décor and centered around a comfy sofa and Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Large sliding doors let the ocean breeze move freely through the space, blurring the line between indoors and out.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed, giving guests restful nights after long beach days. A pack 'n play/travel crib is also available, making this a comfortable setup for families traveling with little ones.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware - everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table and wine glasses round out the space for relaxed evening meals.

Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, with a bathtub available for soaking after a day at the beach.



Outdoor & location

Outside, the patio comes furnished and includes beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the sand. Guests can also enjoy the shared pool and shared hot tub on-site. Beach access is just steps from the building, and the Cocoa Beach Pier, with its restaurants and bars, is an easy walk away. The in-unit washer and dryer make it simple to keep towels and clothes fresh, and free parking is available on the premises, with self check-in via smart lock for an easy arrival.

Cocoa Beach is a quiet and relaxing area that is perfect for those looking for a peaceful escape. Our apartment is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, home to several restaurants and bars. Go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. With everything that we offer in our beachfront apartment, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

For public transportation in Cocoa Beach, there is a local bus stop right around the corner, which is the only form of public transportation available in the area. Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are prevalent, offering convenient alternatives for getting around.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
