This spot is literally walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. You can see the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay so much, we slept comfortably and the ac worked great. The neighbors are very nice and there is a resident pup named Taco that is adorable. There are extra chairs for the beach and mostly everything you could need in the kitchen. There is a Winn Dixie across the street and you can cook for yourself. I hand washed dishes but there is a dishwasher. It’s a small space but I took myself and my 2 sons, 1 teenager and 1 adult and we all had a sleep space. There is a very convenient parking spot for 1 car in the back. I drove a Tahoe and had no issues getting in and out. We determined that we would love to return for another visit, we visited for a baseball tournament and found a great spot to vacation. Thank you so much!

This place was perfect for two people. It was a five minute walk from the beach and walkable distance to many restaurants. They had kitchen supplies so we coooked also. I would definitely stay here again!

The space was a good size for a few nights' stay with my family. It was very clean. However, there were some strange smells, strong enough that my pillow brought the scent home with me. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the location was great! Very close to the beach and restaurants.

We needed a place at the last minute and this happened to be available. It was perfect for my family of 4. Loved the location and the place was very well kept and clean. Would definitely stay there again if needed. The owner and assistant were very good communicators and helpful!

If you don't like cigarette smoke, being chased by dogs, or nosey neighbors, this is not the place for you. Several of the tenants are smokers and will sit on the stairs where you have no choice but walk through their cigarette smoke to get into the condo. There's a gentleman that lives in a downstairs unit that has a dog. The dog is allowed to roam the property freely. Anytime we would leave/ come back to the property, the dog would chase behind us barking and his owner would just yell at us saying it was ok. That the dog was considered the "guardian" of the property and would bark to alert tenants that there were strangers around. The property is in a convenient location but we definitely won't be booking there again. Id prefer not to be chased by a dog or subjected to cigarette smoke in the stairwell.

Was a very pleasant stay. The couch was very hard and difficult to sit with our family on and the day bed was very squeaky. There was also only 2 towels in the bathroom and I booked for 4 people. But besides that it was a great place to stay.

The couch was unusable, hard as a brick. The neighbors are smokers and the smell seeps through the walls. It would have been okay without the cigarette smell but I'd rather have paid a little more for the Inn at Cocoa across the street.

Great little spot. My husband and I spent a week here and the location and proximity to the beach and dining was perfect. We had an issue with the AC the first night but management was amazing and solved it swiftly. Fantastic communication with host.

Place was in a great location for everything Coco Beech. Easy walking to the public beech area and a few great bars/restaurants within walking. Only issue was the beech chairs available for use. They were in very bad shape.

The condo was nice. Fully equipped with everything you might need. There was a musty smell noticed when walking in and continued through out the stay. Also the kitchen floor didnt look like it was clean. There were a few small bugs in the bathroom.
