Notre 1600 sq. Ft. Maison est parfaite pour une utilisation multi-famille avec 3 chambres (10 couchages), 2 salles de bains, grand espace commun et espace extérieur avec foyer, table et parasol. Situé dans un quartier familial avec beaucoup de stationnement à seulement 5-10 minutes de Kyle Field, Texas A & M University, centre-ville de Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport et plus encore. Idéal pour les escapades week-end avec un accès facile nourriture ot et salle à manger à la fois Bryan et College Station en raison de son emplacement central. Situé dans une rue en cul-de-sac pour la plupart des familles, c'est un endroit agréable de sortir de la ville tout en étant proche. Grand magasin de détail juste en bas de la rue et un joli parc avec des courts de tennis, des équipements de jeux, des fosses de barbecue, des courts de basket-ball et piste de course dans un 2-3 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée. Aussi, à seulement 4. 3 miles du Musée George Bush présidentiel.

Final Review 2025

Whenever we go to Aggieland, this is the place we try to reserve first! Everything you need is here and it is just like the description. The beds are super comfortable. There are plenty of towels, bedding, quilts and kitchen dish towels. The kitchen is well stocked. All the appliances are good quality. The backyard is big with nice chairs and tables. It’s perfect for eating outside or just letting the kids run around. The neighborhood is quiet and you can easily park four cars in the driveway. The washer and dryer are top notch and there are plenty of hangers in the bedrooms. The drive to campus is quick and easy. Check in and check out instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Sam will quickly answer any questions you might have. I could go on and on. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Family and friends stayed here for daughter's wedding weekend. Location was great! About 15 minutes from St Marys church and Phillips Event Center. House was very spacious, clean, and inviting.

Great house and host

Whenever we need to go to College Station, this is the place we try to reserve first. It’s exactly as described. It is very clean and orderly. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to fix a big meal, including lots of dish towels. The beds are super comfortable with lots of soft pillows, bed sheets, quilts and covers. Hangers are in all closets. The bath towels are very big and super soft. On this trip we washed a load of clothes, and the washer and dryer are superior. The back yard is big enough for the kids to run around and has tables and chairs for the adults. The neighborhood is very quiet and the drive back and forth to campus is easy. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Sam will answer any of your questions quickly. He is a great host!

Very relaxing stay

We were 2 young families staying at the house to enjoy the area. We found the house very comfortable and had no issues. Easy check in and simple check out instructions. Some of the soap bottles were out, though, and there were still towels in the dryer when we arrived. No major issues, though. Would be happy to stay again!

Fantastic Football Weekend

We’re always excited to stay at this house! The house is always clean and the rooms are perfect for a big group. It’s exactly as described in the Vrbo write up. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of room to park in the driveway or on the street. It’s a short trip to the TAMU campus. The washer and dryer are top of the line. The kitchen is well stocked and we’re excited about having Thanksgiving there this year! We may even use the Aggie Crock pot. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are plenty of sheets, pillows, quilts, towels, hangers and kitchen dish towels. The backyard is big with plenty of playing room for kids. There are two large dining tables, several adult chairs and also kid sized chairs outside. The instructions are easy to follow. This is a great home and Sam is a perfect host!

Great Football Weekend

This Vrbo house is our favorite. We first stayed here in February of 2022.It's exactly as described. It's great for a big group. The home is very clean. Everything you need is here. The beds are super comfortable. Lots of sheets, pillows, quilts, towels and hangers. Although we did not cook, the kitchen has everything, even an Aggie Crock pot and plenty of dishtowels. The washer and dryer are top notch. The backyard is big with nice outdoor tables and chairs including kid sized chairs. There are plenty of inside and outside games. We parked 4 cars in the driveway. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Sam is a great host and sends quick answers to any questions. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. We never want to leave!

Graduation weekend

The house worked out great for my son's graduation weekend. We had 6 people sleep here comfortably, and there was plenty of room and seating for twelve people for a lunch celebration. We brought in food rather than cook, but the kitchen was very well stocked. House was clean, easy to get to, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute, easy drive to campus. Sam was easy to commnicate with, and very responsive. Great weekend!

Final Review 2024

This house is so clean and orderly that you just won’t believe it! We have stayed here several times, and I am always impressed! The kitchen is very well stocked. There are lots of dishes, cookware, and utensils. You name it, they have it. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There’s plenty of bedding, big towels, quilts, kitchen towels and hangers. The backyard is large with awesome lawn furniture. We sat outside at the big dining table and enjoyed the weather. The neighborhood is quiet and the driveway will hold four cars. It’s a short drive to campus and there are lots of eating places in the area. Sam’s instructions are easy to follow, and he is a great host! Two thumbs up!!

Family Weekend

Everything you might need is at this home! It is super clean and well kept. There are plenty of big, soft towels, pillows, quilts, bedding, kitchen dish towels and even hangers. Perfect House

The house is very clean and spacious. We slept 6 adults and a teen with no issues. Living room is spacious with seating for 10+. Kitchen and dining area will accommodate the same amount of people. Outside grill was a plus and all the cookware/utensils you could need. Great communication with Sam, the owner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic for Final Review

This Vrbo home is our favorite! Everything you need is there. Very clean and well-stocked, not just in the kitchen but every single room. The washer and dryer are top of the line. Lots and lots of towels, quilts, sheets, pillows, throws and the beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi connection is great! Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to campus. We parked 3 cars/SUVs in the driveway with no problems. The dining room table is perfect for a big group and so is the family/ TV room. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the backyard due to the rain and soggy conditions, the outdoor furniture is tip top and there are even chairs for the kids. The yard is a nice, secluded area and well maintained. I could go on and on. Sam is super friendly and had detailed, easy to follow instructions. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Two thumbs up!!

Great home for ring dunk!

Very nice and welcoming home! The backyard was perfect with a large patio and tables/chairs. Perfect for our daughters ring dunk! We really enjoyed the very large comfy leather sectional sofa in the living room. Plenty of seating everywhere. Would love to stay again! Oh, and great communication with owner!
