„We had an amazing stay at Tiny Kya. A little disappointed with the cleanliness. Looks like it’s only swept out not vacuumed and mopped. Also the towels were tiny and stained. The floor near the sink was ready to give way. Rotted I'm imagining, someone is going to hurt themselves when it does. Apart from these things we were very happy with our stay. The location is stunning! Absolute privacy. The kangaroos in the morning and birdlife was lovely. We unfortunately copped some rain arvo/overnight ...

„Top location if you do not mind a small walk - excellent value. Have stayed multiple times. Cleanliness is slipping (dirty tea towel, cracked drinking glass and the hair dryer blew up -can't be helped, fridge could use some attention), Yes i will be back.“

„We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock
One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live.
Lighting was dim but serviceable.
We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood.
I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during ...

„Beautiful property, very tastefully styled and very functional. Centrally located in the city. Be aware that you are tucked behind another cottage and the entry is on a side street with 2 man gates in a narrow passage to use to access the property. No air conditioning in the 3rd 'kids' room. Overall a lovely place. “

„Very rarely do the images of a property show the reality but we were delighted on check in to discover this house is as charming as its photographs.
