« Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. « La vue est tout simplement superbe. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de Peter et de son épouse qui ont toujours été à l'écoute. L'appartement est conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Comme toutes les villes de la côte, ce n'est pas facile d'être en voiture, surtout avec une voiture volumineuse mais Peter nous a proposé une solution de garage un peu plus loin que l'appartement et le propriétaire du garage a toujours été particulièrement serviable. Just be warned that Positano has MANY steps and this location is no exception so try to plan your days with as few back and forth trips as possible, the elderly and very young kids will be challenged. There is an elevator (1 Euro per person/per direction) that will help with getting you from street level, but there is a set of steps that are EXTRA high right before the apartment that you will want to be mindful of. « Off the main road with restaurants 5 min walk away. The house is located inside a gated compound. was it a grove before ? Plenty of fruit trees. Didn’t dare pick any. Love the space in the villa but lacking furniture especially in bedrooms eg no side tables or luggage racks. Walk in closet absolutely empty except for a hanging bar. Had to leave suitcases on floor and squat each time. Also no toiletries provided. Only towels Insufficient coffee pods and tea bags for the family and stay....

« The villa was lovely with a stunning overlook of the Mediterranean. Jianluca and his family members were terrific hosts. Hotel Conca Di Azzurra is conveniently located 100 meters away and has an excellent restaurant, Calajanara. The villa is somewhat remote so a car is recommended. That said, there is a daily parking fee at the villa of approximately 35 euros. »

« Our stay at Villa Capri was nothing short of excellent. The Villa was beautiful, very clean/well kept and the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. Any questions were answered almost immediately and always with helpful tips/advice and offering to help.
