« Everyone was so nice. The fireplace did not work but the room was warm enough. In winter the place is still beautiful. Excellent food and the I had an eyebrow wax that was perfect. I really wish I would've booked a facial. I will be back soon. »

« Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They do have a jacuzzi room, which was what we booked thankfully and that was nice and worked properly. »

« Clean room, very kind staff, and omg the spa tub in the king suite was AMAZING - I basically lived in it on & off lol. My boyfriend and I had booked the smoking suite room however when we got there they were all booked. The staff and manager actually allowed us to turn a non-smoking room into a smoking one! I was really blown away with the customer service. Will absolutely stay again! »

I booked several hotels for a road trip and stayed at all red roofs because i was traveling with 2 dogs and when i got to check in they didnt seem to know i had 2 dogs and chsrged me an extra fee. Im fine with paying the fee just aidh expedia could some how inckude this when booking. »

« L'emplacement est le principal atout de l'hôtel selon moi. Les chambres mériteraient un coup de jeunesse. Mais ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif la présence d'une blanchisserie (en général 1 ou 2 machines à laver et même chose pour les sèches linges)...et en fait il n'y avait rien. Or nous faisions un road trip et comptions sur cette étape pour faire une lessive. Enfin le petit-déjeuner comptait des avis fabuleux, il était très banal, rien...

« Lavabo bouché sur plusieurs chambres. Personne a l'accueil de l'après midi et soir très agréable. Celle du matin horrible! Na jamais voulu dire bonjour. Bref, il y a mieux ailleurs mais l'avantage de celui ci est le prix »
