« I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. Apartment keypad locked door is just inside the keypad locked main front door to the right, very little stairs. Nice shared (with the other units) stacked laundry set at the top of the stairs if needed. »

« Perfect location that is a short drive to the Geneva on the Lake strip, but far enough away to have some solitude when you get back from the hustle and bustle of the strip activities. Enough space for 2 adults or 2 adults and a preteen child without getting too crowded. Bathroom and kitchen were a great size. Nice little beach area that’s perfect to walk along and wade your feet in the water. Close driving distance to a gas station/convenience store in case you need snacks or drinks. »

« This duplex was in the perfect location for what we wanted during our stay: time on the beach and dinners out. We walked to dinner all 4 nights and the drive to Walnut Beach was 2 minutes (is walkable but easier to drive instead of lug the umbrella, cooler, and chairs.) We even walked to a grocery store a few blocks away. If you are planning to cook full meals I would talk to Kevin to make sure the kitchen has what you need. We only did simple breakfasts and lunches. »
