The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. „We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran. The bed was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good.“

Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

Furniture in the rooms were beat up. Both drains (bathroom sink & kitchenette sink) were completely clogged. I reported the maintenance issue to staff on the first day of my visit.
