« We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles. « The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe). »

Much better than usual complimentary breakfast with many choices and staff everywhere keeping it replenished and tidy. Turns out if you want bar service outside on the lovely patio, it is order yourself. No table service although they do serve food at the same tables. « The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room.
