« I booked this stay in April, when it was presented as Travel Light Hanok. Before we departed for our trip in July we discovered that they were under new management. Upon arrival we did the self check-in, went to our assigned room, and found that the nice "western style" beds shown in all of the expedia photos don't exist. Instead, it was a 3" pad on the floor that covered nearly all of the floor space. They told me that it's the traditional korean experience, but that is not what I booked....

« Aww, we love Hanok so much! It was such a hot day, but once we stepped inside of the Hanok, cooled room welcomed us. Because Hanok is made of wood, it just feels so comfortable being there. Highly recommended, and walkable to many restaurants and cafes. »

« Accommodations were very close to subway station and Red Road where the action is. Laundry machine and filtered water dispenser in the unit was a definite plus. Only issue was the mold on the ceiling of the bedroom and in the washrooms which was a concern. There was a humidifier in the room but not sure how helpful it was. There was also stray hairs from other guests on the bed and floors. Host was very responsive to issues we had and dealt with them immediately. Also gave us breakfast on...
