„The hot tube was not working at all and the water was freezing in the indoor pools. The pool was had grime and wasn’t kept very clean. The staff was kind, but the amenities disappointed. Breakfast goes fast and the bread was not replaced enough to meet the demand. Couldn’t get the AC to be in a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing blasted on, or we had to turn it off completely.“

„Leider war ich beim einchecken sehr enttäuscht. Die Loungecouch und Poolliegen waren total versifft. Das Hotelzimmer hatte zwar alles, aber der Teppich war verdreckt, Handtücher nicht sauber und die Couch war total am Ende. Der Manager war zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber auch das zweite Zimmer war nicht sauber. Im selben Preisrahmen hatten wir andere Hotels, aber zumindest waren diese sauber. “

„The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. “

„The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.“

„They did not have a correct room ready when I arrived and they felt a little unorganized and unprepared, but that was late in the night to be fair. One of the beds had some kind of crumbs on it which makes me feel like the sheets may not have been changed. The room itself was clean though, and everything in the bathroom and such worked. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I did not swim but the pool seemed nice. Breakfast options were a little limited (qnd only served on weekends) but ...

„It is what it is. I wanted a place as close as possible to the AF base and this is what I got. It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel where your door opens directly to the outside. I will say the room and bed were clean and well kept. The shower was extremely small and you can’t adjust the shower head. There was no TV. The tv turned on, it’s just there was no cable, not even basic antenna channels. The AC worked fine and the room was kept cool. So I guess for the money and being located right next to ...
