« Our family spent the weekend at this property in order to attend an event in Dahlonega. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for the weekend, including 2 coffee pots. :) The men in our family enjoyed the river location. The house is spacious and the beds were comfy.The host described the driveway correctly. We appreciated the heads up about driving a SUV.Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« Property was conviently located close to all of the restaurants and shops. The Pink pig BBQ is in walking distance and absolutely delicious. I loved how spacious the property was and the view from the bedroom balcony was great. I would definitely stay here again and maybe book a longer stay next time. »

« We had the best time at Retreat 52! I took 5 "kids" (20, 18, 15, 15, 13) for a long weekend, visiting from Illinois. Things we loved:Hot tub was clean and nice.Fire pit area well lit and perfect for smores!Plenty of room in the house.Felt safe. Kids enjoyed playing pool (first time for a couple).Overall cozy feel.The porch was amazing!Host was helpful and responsive!Other notes:Would have liked to be able to see the golf course.Not recommended for anyone with trouble with stairs, lots of stairs...

« We loved this home! It’s close to Helen but not so close so you hear anything. So quiet. There is so much space and the back porch was wonderful. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the communication with the host. The house has games, puzzles and everything you could want in a home. We enjoyed the suggestions for restaurants and welcoming atmosphere the owners gave us. We didn’t want to leave! »

« The house was great. We enjoyed the dock and porch immensely as well as the game room in the evenings. We rented a pontoon boat and jet skis from C & E marine and took the boat Al the way to see Clemson stadium from the lake. House was very comfortable and clean. Hot tub was nice too. Kitchen was well stocked for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive to our questions »

« Our family of 13 spent 3 nights. This home is beautiful. The lay out of bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family of 7 adults and 6 kids. Location was excellent. Our stay was fabulous. »
