« Lovely space with a cute seaside theme, perfect for our little family weekend in Cornwall. The surrounding woodland area is peaceful and secluded too. « Property was exactly as described, well presented and spotlessly clean. The downstairs layout was well thought through and comfortable with large dining table and great kitchen facilities. Large well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms and the bed in the master suite was so comfortable I had to seek details from the owners of where I could get one.Limited use was made of the hot tub, but it was serviced twice during our stay.Parking was easy for our three cars and the EV charger was a big help....

« This was our second visit to this lovely property which is within easy walking distance to Padstow harbour for a great choice of pubs and restaurants. The garden is nice to relax in after a busy day and have a bbq if the weather permits. The property is a great base to explore Cornwall from and is ideal for couples or families. Would definitely recommend. »

« Excellent mobile home. Had everything we needed, and more! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Reasonably priced for time of the year, but too expensive for late spring/summer months....a pity ! Would love to return next year, but will have to do so before the spring to avoid excessive cost. Only one complaint. The menu for the restaurant was very limited. »

« Excellent accomodation. Situated not very far from Padstow town centre, this little cottage was spick and span, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything we needed for our one week stay. A very good resting place if you want to explore Cornwall. The cherry on the cake: we found a delicious sponge cake when we arrived. Thank you very much Marion and Ray! »

« What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! »
