« La reserva a través de la página fue muy rápida. No obstante, un mes después, llegué al alojamiento el día de la entrada y en la misma puerta me cancelaron la reserva. No puedo opinar del alojamiento porque no llegué a hacer el chekin. Quiero manifestar el problema con mi reserva y el perjuicio que me causó.
