« This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). « Lovely holiday home with a fantastic view from the balcony/patio area, very close to the beach, and a great base to visit the vast array of places in the area. Good communication and information from Keith prior to arrival.Sadly disappointed by some cleanliness issues encountered, when finding rubbish under the beds and on top of the wardrobe in the twin room, a dirty windowsill in the bathroom, and kitchenware that we had to wash again prior to being able to use it. « Our family of 4 stayed for a week during August and found the Villa an ideal location for exploring all that Cornwall had to offer - at an excellent price. The occomodation meet our needs as a family, the children loved the 'little house' and it was comfortable and clean. We found some idilic beaches nearby and particularly liked Harlyn Bay. We braved the water in the Hotels outpool, again the children loved it. We left with happy memories of our first family holiday in Cornwall. All in all .......

« The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable.
