The neighborhood is great, quiet and close to beach access. The inside of the house was clean and all pictures were accurate.The entire outside of the house needs power washed. There were tons of cobwebs and spiders in the screened in porch and on the decks that had the hammock swings and in the outside shower and picnic area. There was rotten wood on the decks with nails sticking up including on the front porch. Pool furniture is dirty and worn out, some chairs had cracks in them. There was mold on the shower curtain in my son’s bathroom. One master bedroom slider door was off track and couldn’t be used at all. The same master with the broken slider, both sink drains were extremely slow.
