Let me start by saying the house basically filled my families needs. The house provided plenty of space for everyone to have privacy if they needed it. The house was mostly clean. The view and access to the beach was great. Parking was no problem for our three vehicles. Now for the downside. When we arrived the inside temperature of the main floor was 60. I immediately tried to increase the temperature but it would not increase. The fireplace would not light, one of the bunk beds was broken, had no ladder and could not be used. The porch light which provided safety for the long flight of stairs was burned out and the stairs were dark. A call to the property manager was made and they said they were on it. The next afternoon a handy man showed up. He was unable to repair the heat, the fireplace, needed a part for the porch light and did nothing to the beds. The next day, Christmas Day, the HVAC guy showed up. He got the emergency heat working and said the compressor was probably shot on the heat pump. To add to things, the gas company delivered a new LPG tank that we discovered only had 10% gas in it. A call got them back two days later on Christmas Day to fill it. The stove was gas and luckily we did not run out. Now for the not so important things. Dirty dishes in cabinets. The freezer door on the refrigerator would crack open every time you opened the left refrigerator door. TV remote not compatible with main tv. Downstairs toilet rocked and ran the whole time.
