The house was just as advertised. The amenities were great and provided many activities for adults and kids. The pool area was nice with the hot tub, fire pit and tiki bar with outdoor kitchen. The property met all our needs and expectations.

Eric’s property was the perfect place for a family beach trip! Eric is a thoughtful and responsive host, the house had everything you might need for the beach (which is just a short walk away), and the kitchen was super functional with its modern updates and two dishwashers. The nature preserve nearby was also great for birdwatching. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking at OBX for a beach vacation!

This house was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was labeled where items were that made is so easy to find everything. There were so many additional actives at the house .The host was so kind and let us know the cleaning people were finished early and we could check in early, he then told me to call him and gave us some other tips along with his number if we had any issues. We had a tub not draining and he got a service tech out right away. This experience was beyond awesome.

What a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving. Beach is right around the corner and house is amazing. Had everything we needed and more. It’s obvious the house details were well thought out!

Spring Break 2024

We had three family stay at this location and it was perfect, easy walk to the beach, weather was less than ideal but the house was so accommodating with so much for everyone to do! Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tube along with the cross fit and the volley ball court

Lovely house. Fabulous location walkable to beach, shops, and a playground. The house is jam packed with fun so even rainy days are a good time. Owner was a delight. Beds were super comfortable.

Enjoyed the Dream!

Great place to stay for vacation. Lots of outdoor activities and also games and puzzles inside. There were 15 of us and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all. Host has a lot of beach stuff at the house and very short walk to the beach! Also a lot of amenities in the kitchen. One of the best vacation rentals we've experienced!

Family vacation

A beautiful home with wonderful outdoor amenities and a large pool. Short walk to the beach. Interior of home is spacious and has 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers which was great with 15 people. Only snag was that the elevator wasn’t working.

First Family Vacation in OBX

We had a great week in Corolla! This house was amazing - plenty of room for 17 of us, all the amenities we could ask for, and stocked for our every need. We loved the area, so close to the beach and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the park. We have never vacationed in the same place twice, but everyone agreed we need to come back here!

Friendcation

We had a great time on our friendcation( 6 adults, 5 kids under the age of 7). We loved how spacious and kid friendly the house was. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach was super close and we liked all the amenities the house offered. It was our first time to OBX and we will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Great location and great communication

Excellent home. It has everything you need to stay entertained. The host went of his way to make sure it felt like a retreat. Great location. 1 minute walk to the beach. Communication was excellent. No issues whatsoever.
