The photographer for this listing did a great job. The photos look much better than the actual unit. This unit is in need of significant maintenance. It shows that maintenance has been deferred on this property. Cleanliness is also an issue. Examples: Dead bat on front railing (pic), broken door bell (pic), the pool furniture was ripped and had holes in the cushions (pic), the outdoor shower had dirty dishes and trash in it (pic), the dog run has very little grass and a ton of fire ant mounds (pic), there was a dishwasher in a box on the first floor living room taking up an entire corner of the room (pic), and worst of all, the third floor deck railing had apparently been recently replaced, but with a very poor quality job, it was very unstable, we had to put a note not to lean on it during our stay (no pic because I took a video and it won't load here). NOTE TO OWNER, you better fix the third floor deck rail before someone falls off. The floor on the first and second floor had quite a bit of sand on them. As to the neighborhood, the house next door apparently has several (like more than 5) seasonal workers in it with four or five white vans parked in the yard nightly. On at least two occasions, they were out in the yard at 3am or 4am talking and drinking, not loud or offensive, just making enough noise to be a nuisance. This house would probably be fine as a frat house (once the rail is fixed), but it is not the place for a family.
