« This room was very clean. Paint looked fresh. There's really not a lot to say accept it was a fabulous experience and we would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay. »

« After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants.We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

« Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes! »
