„Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city“

„I really enjoyed my stay. Upon early morning arrival, the manager courteously checked me in early to my room , which was such a blessing. The lobby is beautiful and all staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and upkept for the most part. Some upgrades can be done to the wooden furniture and blinds. "Great room size for four people, the bathroom had a good size too and everything worked well. There were teo fridges in the room, one for the minibar and one for self-use, which was practical. Room service was quick, efficient and good. The only thing not up to standard was the gym. The equipment in the weight room was old. The pool is spectacular, because it is preserved from the past, but also there it needed bits of refurbishment. Great hotel for family stays, with a Starbucks on the ground floor and right in the center of the city."
