„We enjoyed our time at Villa Lucia. We had 10 adults and there was more than enough space to spread out! The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked great, even in the open air bedrooms. The staff is awesome. Chef Cesar prepared wonderful meals, and Paty made sure everything was tidy. The pools were nice, just be careful getting in and out as the tile is very slick. It's a steep walk down to the beach, and a cheap uber ride back up :)“

Although the house is up on the hill, we found the walk into town completely manageable and didn’t feel like we needed a golf cart. "Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
