« I used to live in Chicago and have a short term rental in Ohio myself. This place is legit. This property is in the best location close to beach restaurants and bars. Perfect for college reunion. Rooftop was awesome place for us to catch up over coffee and plan the day. The kitchen has everything we needed. Speakers throughout was a nice touch. I can’t be more complementary of the hosts responsiveness and helpfulness. We would definitely stay here again. »

« George, Your Condo is beautiful! It worked perfectly for our girls trip ! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms great as well! The dining room table accommodated many games of cards as did the downstairs game table ! It was very nice that you provided complimentary coffee and tea! Your direction to enter the condo were very clear and easy to execute ! The location was an easy Uber ride or walk to everywhere we needed to go ! « I rented this house for a family weekend getaway. The listing indicated that there was only one bathroom, but there were two. This apartment has a ton of space. It was much larger then I expected. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the house was perfect for us. One of the aunts is even planning on renting this house for a trip they will taking to Chicago this summer. »

« The apartment match pictures and the description provided. I spent most of my time in the apartment while my daughter attend her workshop. I felt at home. Only suggestion is the hallway walking to the apartment, the upkeep needs improvement and maybe put some air fresheners stickers out. »

« Great property in Edgewater. Historic house with quality upfit. Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to lake and restaurants. Will rent again. Parking was on street but actually not difficult to find a spot - make sure to check road signs for prohibited parking times. »
