„The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good. ...

„Location is great, as downtown can be reached within 15 Min walk. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants & bars. Only thing we didn't like was breakfast. For a hotel in such a price range, paper plates simply do not fit. Range of food also was not too big and quality was not the best. Everything else was fine, especially friendly staff at reception.“

„When you enter the main entrance you will be greeted with a funny smell.
The location is great in an historic building. They stuffed up the place years ago with rooms but forgot to update the elevators. You will need them all the time but they are the slowest I´ve ever seen. You will be up faster at one world observatory than in their lobby.
Half the rooms have a "courtyard view" meaning the building roof without any view.
Smell was really awful all the time in the room. Payed 250 a night, ...

„Room was large, bed comfortable, and tub wall had grab handles to aid in getting over the high tub sides. The rate and parking were pricey but the hotel is where I needed to be, and staffers -- at front desk and parking valets -- were friendly and helpful.“

„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this.
The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today.

„Room was not the best. We expected so much better. Front desk staff was great BUT
#1 restaurant breakfast staff for the WEEKDAYS was not very nice. Order took long, the food we received was for a different table, got they're attention to let them know but we felt as if we were bothering them, then it took even longer to get our breakfast (breakfast WEEKEND staff was great)
#2 Bar staff was not very welcoming. I understand it was a busy night with the opposing team also staying at the hotel but ...

„The room looked very dated, but very clean. It was loud, I could hear all the noise outside and in the hallway.
The elevators are very small, had to wait on elevator the next elevator a couple times.
Front desk staff were extremely professional and the valet excellent service!!
The restaurant on site very nice and the food was good.
I gave a 4 star only because of the hotel itself felt dated, and I felt the valet waiting area was very cramped when there was more than one guest waiting ...
