« We did not get to stay there. We could not find the property. GPS took us to a private property that was not the right location. The property owner was annoyed and said this had happened before multiple times. The link they gave me initially to download the house manual was to the Blue Maple website, and there was no search function to find the manual. « The view was beautiful, especially at sunset and birding was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately the property could use some work which made it hard for us to relax. Be prepared for a steep, rough road and driveway, drive a high clearance vehicle. Communication with host was great. »

« The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....
