We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks. « Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. « Location and views are perfect, the home itself needs love. Lots of things broken. The pool is very clean kept up. The docks are nice. Landscaping is great!! Space in the home is amazing, the screened in porch makes the space huge. We opened the windows and doors and never shut them until we left partially because we couldn't, no idea how to lock the doors. 🤔😂 It was amazing. « We had a great stay! The view from the balcony of this house is 180 degrees of the ocean and several distant keys. We loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The house is new and everything inside was in perfect working condition. We enjoyed swimming in the very warm and large community pool and felt very safe in the gated community. The local property manager was very responsive and we felt very welcomed. »
