  • Tout nouveau en 2016! Cette 3 chambres entièrement meublés, 2. appartement de 5 bain dans le coeur du centre historique de Cuenca, idéalement située sur la Calle Larga seulement 4 pâtés de maisons du Parque Calderon et les deux nouveaux et anciens cathédrales. Nous sommes à seulement 100 pieds du Rio Tomebamba.

    Il y a des vues larges du parc national el Cajas, les montagnes et nous donnent sur la rivière. Vous pouvez trouver dans votre chambre à coucher principale dans la soirée, écouter de la rivière, regarder les lumières de Cuenca et de l'église de Turi. Levez les yeux et regarder les étoiles à travers les puits de lumière jumeaux.

    La chambre principale a une promenade dans / promenade à travers placard pour la douche joliment carrelée personnalisée. La chambre principale dispose d'un balcon privé avec un jardin terrasse, vue magnifique sur la ville et le parc national el Cajas.

    Les deux chambres d'hôtes partagent une belle salle de bains avec douche. Une chambre double d'un bureau avec un lit confortable Murphy déroulant avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire. L'appartement peut accueillir 6 - 2 lits queen et un lit double.

    La cuisine est équipée pleine grandeur réfrigérateur, lourde table de cuisson à gaz de service, four à gaz, micro-ondes et top-rated grille-pain Cuisinart encore et mélangeur Ninja. Tous les plats, couverts, couteaux, bols, assiettes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner les produits frais achetés au 10 de Agosto marché ou Tia Market, à quelques pas dans la rue.

    comptoirs en granit, évier et appareils en acier inoxydable. Radio pour vous divertir tout en lavant la vaisselle avec une fenêtre donnant sur le jardin d'orchidées.

    Salle à manger comprend une table avec des places pour 6 conçus et construits par dessus fabricant de meubles de Cuenca, Luriq. Built-in pour banquette potlucks et Nilson Rea conçu roues, granit surmonté île pour prep.

    Sauver le meilleur pour la fin: un balcon donnant sur le Rio Tomebamba sont situés à chaque étage. L'étage inférieur pour quand il pleut et la partie supérieure pour un usage privé verre de nuit de vin chilien et chocolats équatoriens. Le combo laveuse sécheuse est situé sur le balcon MBR. Les deux balcons comprennent belle en acier inoxydable, les planteurs sur mesure. L'étage inférieur pour les herbes et le dernier étage avec 3 petits arbres pour le criblage de la vue depuis le dernier étage adjacent.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in El Centro. I would highly recommend a stay at Terry's place. The property manager, Cecilia, met me at the door and showed me around. She also provided some essential food and coffee to get me started. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Spectacular Property, Conveniently Located

Perfect Location with Fantastic Views

The condo is modern, well- equipped, and located in a perfect spot to walk to Museums, the old town of Cuenca, shopping and too many great restaurants to count. Cecilia, the property manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have already booked another stay for 2024.

Roomy modern condo with a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay for a month in Cuenca. The property manager, Cecelia, was very helpful, providing beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, some refrigerator items, and a notebook with restaurant recommendations and reviews. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, and the historic town square. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. From the master bedroom, we had a terrific view of the city and mountains. It was great to have enough space to entertain guests who came for a short visit.

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

Living in Cuenca

Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. Cecilia, the property manager was super accommodating and promptly met all our needs during our month long stay. . Highly recommend this property. Chet

INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries and food markets - everything is so close by. If you're looking for a place to stay in the center near the historic district don't miss this opportunity. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I truly hated to leave.

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.

Perfect home away in Cuenca

We loved staying here for the few weeks we were in Cuenca. It felt like home away from home. Perfect location to historic district but also a quick walk to the other side of the river with other supermarkets and restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

An Oasis in Cuenca!

This apartment kicks butt! Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, killer views. The attention to detail is what sets this place apart from any others I've rented. Terry, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and the on-site manager, Cecilia, greeted us with gifts: Ecuadorian coffee, fresh-baked bread, a dozen eggs and speciality chocolates to die for. AND two dozen red roses and gladiolas, too. Plus she was always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions about the area. Cecilia, you rock! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll want for cooking and entertaining. I especially appreciated the basics being supplied to get us started: paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, and butter. There's even a lemon tree and little herb garden on the patio where a playful green hummingbird comes around every day. (I've named him Basil) :-) The king -size bed is super comfortable, the linens good quality, and the towels plush. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Weekly cleaning service was provided, too. Oh, did I mention the awesome views from the living room and master bedroom? Well, you'll see! Just a block away is a huge mercado where we bought our fresh veggies and fruits and the Super Maxi Market is just a short taxi ride away. Very convenient. The Parque Calderon is an easy walk from the front door with plenty of restaurants and stores in between. We always felt safe in this neighborhood both day and night. Behind the apartment are steps leading down to the paved walking path along the Rio Tomebamba. A very pleasant walk with restaurants and museums lining the way. No place is ever perfect, but this one comes pretty darn close. In fact, I can't really think of a thing to improve upon. Grab this place if you can. Cuenca is a lovely city. Enjoy your stay!

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.
