« I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone...

« Two friends and I enjoyed this clean, comfortable, modern, quiet yet convenient home for a quick getaway. Comfy furnishings and beds. Appreciated the blackout bedroom curtains and Keurig coffee provided. Not shown in photos is a comfy, peaceful patio behind the house.A couple of suggestions the owner could consider providing to make stays even better for future guests: paper towels and/or kitchen towel(s) and some tumbler-style glasses since only wine glasses were available during our stay....

« We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day! »

« We had a great time here! The house was clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV in living room and upstairs where our teen slept. He loved having the whole top floor to himself. The bathrooms were large and had plenty of hot water. The outside was our favorite part. We loved playing in the creek. Beware of wildlife (it is the woods) we saw bear tracks and a large snapping turtle. We helped him find his way safely back down creek. The property is beautiful. It was great having...
